On Thursday the 3rd of June, BITSA in collaboration with Macquarie Group hosted "Tech At Macquarie" with a turnout of over 70 students. The Macquarie representatives: Cathy Su, Connie Zhang, Jeffrey Lau & Edwina Adams provided our attendees with insights into Macquarie Group.
Edwina Adams kick started the event with an introductory video on Macquarie Group followed by a presentation on Macquarie Group's diverse culture, commitment to sustainability, internship and graduate opportunities.
Following was an open Q&A session which allowed our attendees to interact and ask our experienced panelists questions. Questions were asked regarding: their role and current experience at Macquarie Group, their university experience as well as interview and application tips for the recruitment process.
Finally, BITSA wants to thank our panelists, Cathy Su, Connie Zhang, Jeffrey Lau & Edwina Adams for taking the time out of their day to share their experiences and advice.
